Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping:

ABLMERCH.COM ships to nearly every country in the world with the strict exceptions of Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria

Local delivery / In-Store Pickup:

ABLMERCH.COM is an online retailer and does not offer local delivery or in-store pickup at this time.

Typical Shipping Times:

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ABLMERCH.COM is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at billing@ablmerch.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

I entered the wrong address.  What do I do?

 

If your order does not get delivered to you due to an incorrect address, the order will most likely get sent back to us by default as we are the sender.  If we do receive the item/items, we will be able to ship the item/items to the correct address at your own expense.  We will send a PayPal invoice from ABL MEDIA LLC and once you pay that, your item/items will be sent to you. If we do not receive the item/items, then you will need to contact the shipping provider for your next steps.

COVID-19

Your order may experience a slight delay in fulfillment and/or shipping due to coronavirus restrictions.  If there is an active delay due to the virus, updates will be given here.
