**Return & Refund Policy**

At ABLMERCH.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the custom-printed nature of most of our merchandise (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, mugs, etc.), we have specific guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
### 1. Returns & Refunds – General Policy
- **All sales are final** for non-defective items. We do not accept returns or provide refunds due to change of mind, wrong size selection, incorrect address provided by the customer, or simply not liking the item/style/print.
- Personalized and custom-printed products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so they are generally non-returnable unless defective (see below).
### 2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your gear! If your item arrives damaged, defective (e.g., printing errors, holes, stains, misprinted design), or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us within **30 days** of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- Submit a claim with clear photos showing the issue (include the product, packaging if relevant, and any shipping labels/damage).
- Describe the problem in detail.
- Provide your order number.
**Approved claims will receive**:
- A **replacement** item sent at no additional cost (most common resolution), or
- A **full refund** to the original payment method (including original shipping fees, but not return shipping) in cases where replacement isn't possible.
We do **not** cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or significant defect).
### 3. How to Start a Return/Claim
Email us at **orders@ablmerch.com** (or use the contact form on the website) with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief explanation
Our team typically responds within **1–3 business days**. Do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
### 4. Important Notes
- **Sale/clearance items** — All sales final (no returns or exchanges, even for defects unless required by law).
- **Missing packages / lost in transit** — File claims within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We work with carriers to resolve these.
- **Wrong address / undeliverable** — If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for reshipping fees + original shipping cost.
- **International orders** — Customs/duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility. We do not refund for refused international shipments.
